Return Conditions

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase of the digital product to request a return.

Free Return Shipping: Since this is a digital product, there is no need for physical shipping. The return is managed entirely online.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price of the digital product will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the total refund.

- The digital product must not have been downloaded or activated.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via our email: info@esimian.com within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Validation of the Return: Once we receive your request, we will verify that the digital product has not been downloaded or activated.

Processing the Refund: After validation, we will process your refund, less the 50% restocking fee, through the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refund Notification: We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
- Digital products that have been downloaded or activated are not eligible for return.
- If the digital product is defective or non-functional, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue at no cost.
